Event: FetFestExpoJAX (“the Event”)
By purchasing a ticket, registering, sponsoring, vending, or attending FetFestExpoJAX, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not attend or use the Site.
The Event and Site are strictly for adults 21 years of age and older.
Proof of age and identity may be required at check-in.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee, vendor, or sponsor who violates these Terms, applicable laws, or venue rules.
All ticket sales and payments are processed through Eventbrite.
Tickets may not be resold or transferred without permission.
Refunds are subject to Eventbrite’s policies and any refund conditions we specify at purchase.
Vendor fees and sponsorship payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
All attendees, sponsors, and vendors must act respectfully toward staff, presenters, other guests, and venue property.
Harassment, unsafe activities, or disorderly conduct will result in removal without refund.
Unauthorized photography, filming, or recording of attendees or sessions is prohibited.
All participants must comply with Florida law and venue regulations.
Vendors are responsible for their goods, services, licenses, and compliance with laws.
Sponsors may be acknowledged in marketing or signage but sponsorship does not imply endorsement.
Vendors and sponsors operate independently; we assume no liability for their products or services.
Vendors and sponsors are strongly encouraged to carry liability insurance.
5.1 Assumption of Risk
By attending, you acknowledge and accept that the Event involves personal risks, including but not limited to participation in workshops, interactions with vendors, and social activities. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for your participation, behavior, and personal belongings.
5.2 Waiver & Release
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you hereby waive, release, and hold harmless Jacksonville Lifestyle LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, sponsors, vendors, presenters, affiliates, and venue operators from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or liabilities (including attorney fees) arising from or related to your attendance or participation in the Event.
5.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and defend Jacksonville Lifestyle LLC and its affiliates against any claims arising from your actions, violations of these Terms, or interactions with other attendees.
The Event’s name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Jacksonville Lifestyle LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Presenters retain rights to their workshop content but grant the Event a license to use workshop descriptions, titles, and promotional images for event marketing purposes.
We are not liable for cancellations, delays, or modifications due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, or venue closures. In such cases, we may offer refunds, credits, or rescheduling at our discretion.
Our Privacy Policy governs collection and use of personal data.
By attending, you consent to the processing of your data as outlined in that policy.
These Terms are governed by Florida law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Duval County, Florida.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. Continued use of the Site or attendance at the Event constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
You attend at your own risk.
You release us, our staff, vendors, and sponsors from liability.
We reserve the right to remove violators without refund.
Tickets and vendor fees are processed via Eventbrite and subject to its policies.
